Zombie Flesh Eaters

Zombie Flesh Eaters

Directed by Lucio Fulci

Released 1979

A zombie fan favourite!

Also known as Zombie, Zombie 2, Island of the living Dead, Zombie Island and Woodoo!!

Best known for a couple of outstanding scenes, including a full-on under water fight between a zombie and a real shark - No CGI!!!! How on God’s own earth they did that, is a modern wonder. It has to be seen  to be believed!

The film alludes to being a sequel to Dawn of the Dead but is in fact unrelated. Like Night of the Living Dead, Zombie Flesh Eaters was scorned for being too bloody and strong for audiences at the time, only for the film to go on and make millions worldwide in cinemas, then on VHS and DVD.

Banned in its uncut form until 2005,when it was finally passed in its entirety.
